Acknowledgment of riskI understand that group hiking in natural areas carries inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, exposure to wildlife, terrain hazards, weather, contact with other dogs, and the possibility of escape or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and my dog.Emergency veterinary careIf my dog becomes ill or injured, I authorize Pawsitive Pulse to seek emergency veterinary treatment on my behalf. I agree to be fully responsible for any and all veterinary costs incurred.TransportationI authorize Pawsitive Pulse to transport my dog to and from the hike location in their vehicle, secured appropriately. I release Pawsitive Pulse from liability for incidents during transport that are not the result of gross negligence.Cancellation policyI understand that cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled hike may be charged the full hike fee. Weather cancellations called by Pawsitive Pulse are always refunded or rescheduled at no cost.Photo & video release (optional)I grant Pawsitive Pulse permission to photograph or video my dog on hikes and use those images on the website and social media. Untick this if you'd prefer your dog stay off-camera.Off-leash authorizationI understand that dogs will not be off-leash until a trusting relationship has been established and reliable recall is demonstrated. Off-leash time, if any, will only occur in appropriate environments (not local parks) and at the handler's sole discretion based on the recall and temperament information I have provided.
